Leading the user research for 1 of 2 core work streams in a year-long global multi-team project with the goal of making playlisting easier and more fruitful for users.
Planning research briefs and presenting learnings and recommendations to over 100 stakeholders.
Conducting a multi-stage foundational and evaluative interview study with 21 participants for a
new playlisting experience followed up by a diary study plan.
Conducting insight activation workshops and prototyping sprints with product and design partners.

Fourth Frontier is a start-up in the business of making smart health wearables. The product launched on Oct 31st, 2019 at the New York City Marathon. Given the limited resources, it was all hands on deck and I donned the various hats that come with running a business from market research, fund raising, user research, usability testing. I also developed the vision and communication strategy for the company.
August 2015 - June 2016
I managed the art gallery once a week and hosted openings each month. I also designed the content and layout for artist catalogues, brochures, and invites for exhibitions while managing the gallery’s website content, social media, and online catalogues like Artsy. I wrote press releases and artist profiles for art and lifestyle publications.
